Shipping & Returns Policy

Due to rising shipping costs, we are adjusting our shipping policy to continue offering the best prices possible. Below are the new delivery details:

At End Tackle, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience with fast and reliable delivery.

We currently ship only within the UK, but we're working on expanding soon.
All orders are sent via 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail free of charge, with no minimum spend required.
Most orders arrive next day, but delivery times may vary by location—please allow up to 3 days from dispatch
Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before:
- Monday – Friday: 16:00
- Saturday: 11:00
- Sunday & Bank Holidays: Closed
- Orders placed after these times will be dispatched the next working day.
Tracking numbers are provided for proof of delivery but do not include estimated arrival times.

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened items.
If an item is out of stock, we will either refund the missing item or ship the remaining order.
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping details may be subject to a restocking fee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages—please report missing deliveries to local authorities.
