SHIPPING POLICY
WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO UK AT THE MOMENT WE ARE WORKING ON EXPANDING SOON.
All orders are sent via 1st class royal mail free of charge with no minimum spend. Most orders are delivered next day
but this is very location dependant and recommend up to 3 days from order being dispatched.
Our cut of times for same day dispatch are as follows:
Monday - Friday 16.00
Saturday 11.00
Sunday closed
We do not ship on bank holidays.
All order made after these times will be sent the next working day.
Tracking numbers provided are only for proof of delivery and will not give date or times for delivery.

shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,
shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there
will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to
correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have
provided an incorrect shipping address.
4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are
subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to
the local authorities.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@end-tackle.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
