Throughout these terms, “End Tackle”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to End Tackle Limited.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material to our website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or associated services.
We may update, change, suspend or withdraw parts of our website where reasonably necessary.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations.
Product packaging or presentation may also change from time to time without affecting the intended function of the product.
All products are subject to availability.
Nothing in this section limits your legal rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to your contract.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP/£).
The total price payable will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting or dispatching your order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.
We will not add optional charges without your agreement.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
You will receive an order confirmation electronically.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods.
Payments are processed securely through Square and PayPal.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be completed or dispatched.
End Tackle Limited does not store your full payment card details.
Your payment provider may have its own terms and privacy policies that apply to its services.
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where appropriate.
We may offer you the choice of an alternative product or a refund for the unavailable item. We will not substitute an unavailable product with a different product without your agreement.
We currently deliver within the UK only.
We offer free UK delivery with no minimum spend.
Our standard delivery services are:
Orders £0.01–£9.99 — FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class
Orders £10.00+ — FREE Royal Mail 1st Class
Orders £49.99+ — Delivery may require a signature
Delivery arrangements and applicable options will be displayed during the ordering process.
For stocked products, we aim to provide same-day dispatch for orders placed before:
Monday–Friday: 4:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am
Sunday & Bank Holidays: Closed
Orders received after the relevant cut-off will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
These are dispatch targets rather than guaranteed delivery times.
Custom Rigs and Leadcore products may require approximately 1–3 working days of additional preparation time before dispatch.
Where a product is genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalised for you, the normal statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply.
This exception does not remove your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.
UK rules provide exceptions to ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights for certain personalised or custom-made goods.
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the Royal Mail service used and the delivery location.
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver goods without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being entered into, as required by applicable consumer law.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@end-tackle.co.uk so that we can investigate.
We remain responsible for goods while they are being delivered to you by a carrier offered or arranged by us.
Risk generally passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them.
Different rules may apply where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option.
If you are purchasing from us as a consumer online, you normally have the legal right to change your mind and cancel your order without giving a reason.
For most goods, you have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel.
To cancel, contact:
Please provide your name, order number and details of the goods you wish to return.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
Certain statutory exceptions apply, including to some goods made to a customer's individual specification or clearly personalised.
Full information is available in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
You may handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine the goods.
Where permitted by law, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect such diminished value.
We therefore recommend returning products, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging and components.
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, different rules apply and we will meet our obligations under applicable consumer law.
Please contact us before returning faulty or incorrect goods so that we can arrange the appropriate next steps.
Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the amount due to you in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where an original delivery charge was paid, we will refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. Additional amounts paid for enhanced or premium delivery do not have to be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory timeframe, generally no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of their return, as applicable.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Your rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are separate from your right to change your mind.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must meet applicable legal requirements, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods and receive a refund. Other remedies, including repair or replacement, may apply after that period.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Please provide your order number, details of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs to help us investigate.
We do not impose a 48-hour deadline that removes your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has entered the dispatch process.
If an order is returned to us because the delivery details supplied were incorrect or incomplete, please contact us so that we can arrange the appropriate next steps.
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended fishing situation and using them correctly.
Always follow applicable laws, fishery rules and any product instructions or safety information.
Fishery rules can vary, particularly regarding certain leader systems and terminal tackle arrangements. It is your responsibility to check the rules that apply at the venue you are fishing.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts our legal responsibilities regarding the quality, fitness for purpose or description of products we sell.
Where our website allows customers to submit reviews, comments or other content, you must ensure that anything you submit is lawful and based on your genuine experience where applicable.
You must not submit content that is deliberately false, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, infringes another person's intellectual property rights or contains malicious material.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including content that violates these terms or applicable law.
We will not knowingly publish or commission fake or misleading customer reviews.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who we may share it with and your data protection rights.
Payment information is processed by our payment providers, including Square and PayPal, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights concerning faulty goods, goods that are not as described or other rights that cannot legally be limited.
UK consumer terms cannot simply exclude responsibility for matters such as injury caused by negligence, faulty goods or goods that are not as described.
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Where such circumstances affect your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with you where appropriate.
This section does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights concerning delivery.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law.
The terms that apply to your purchase will be those in effect when the relevant contract is entered into. We will not retrospectively change the terms of an existing order simply because we later update this page.
The latest version of these terms will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections and rights available to you under applicable law.
